Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect for my family vacation. It had all the amenities and comforts of home with easy access to the beach. We really loved the large couch for us to enjoy downtime together. We’ll definitely choose this condo again for our Orange Beach vacation.

Property exactly as pictured. Well appointed condo with all the conveniences. Easy access to beach. Walking distance to several restaurants Walmart grocery, ice cream, liquor store, souvenir/beach shops etc. Owner very responsive. Lovely views and nice location!

Fantastic condo/ great family memories

Seachase 205W is an amazing condo! Highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious and very updated corner condo. Our family had an amazing time and we are filled with precious memories. The entire rental and check in experience was super easy. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for 16 years. The ease of renting this particular unit was by far the easiest to date. Thank You to the owner and the rental agent David for such an easy process and follow up during our stay. Again, we will be recommending this unit to family, friends, and anyone asking for a condo recommendation.

Beautifully Decorated Beach Condo

My four sisters and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures from their website were very accurate, and we loved that it was a corner unit because there were so many windows and great sunlight coming in. We all commented on how EASY it was to get to the beach! We spent afternoons sitting on the deck listening to the waves and feeling the wonderful breeze from the water. There was only one hand towel in the kitchen, so that's the only thing that we would have liked more of. At the time we were there it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Many places for grocery shopping, great restaurants and other shopping just right there! I would definitely book this again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was not only clean but absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family (wife, two teen boys, and mother-in-law) loved the property. The condo's kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, which came in handy as my family loves to cook. David was very easy to get a hold of and answered emails quickly.y family and I hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our 20 something daughters and their boyfriends. I’d like to note that the condo rental only includes 1 parking pass, if you have an additional car like we did, they’ll have to pay $70 for an additional pass. The condo is beautiful. Convenient area close to grocery, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and would respond to text questions promptly. There’s a sleeper in the sectional that I didn’t see listed on the VRBO page so it will probably actually sleep10.

Loved Seachase!!

Check in was a breeze! Upon arrival Condo was clean, roomy, and decorated so lovely! It had everything we needed! From kitchen to a pack and play portable crib. I believe there was a beach tent as well in the master bedroom closet. We had brought our own though. The bathroom for the master bedroom was super nice! Just loved the shower! My kids 16, and 11 enjoyed their bedrooms and had a full bathroom to share. There are keys needed for beach and pool entry which is an added plus for security at the condos. The property is very well maintained, and very nice. We enjoyed all the pools, and indoor pool and the hot tubs. Overall our stay at Seachase was absolutely wonderful! We encountered 0 issues/problems during our stay. Everything was great! I would definitely choose to stay here again in the near future!
