Overview

Welcome to our GULF FRONT beach condo! Located on the 10th floor in Tradewinds with a desired open concept floor plan. You will fall in love with the amazing view! This is a 1 bedroom/2 bath unit. We have a fully equipped kitchen that will meet all your cooking needs. Come relax on the balcony and enjoy a little slice of paradise!!

Tradewinds is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Orange Beach area. It is a family oriented, low density complex (w/ only 110 total units in the complex) that is located directly on the sugar white sands of The Gulf. Besides the fantastic location, guests can enjoy features like easy access to the beach (that is only steps from the elevator and pool) and swimming in the seasonally heated indoor and outdoor pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a BBQ area that is available for all guests and we provide all grilling utensils and platters. Bathrooms and showers are located in the pool area. The overall complex is clean and very well maintained.

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property

Check In Details
You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
1 parking pass will be provided and left on the kitchen counter. Max 2 vehicles. (If you need an additional pass you will have to purchase for $30 and let management company know at least a week prior to your stay.)

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

We loved our stay at Tradewinds!! The view and the beach were fantastic!! However, the hair dryer did not work, but thank goodness I brought my own. The air conditioner made too much noise and the outside hall light made it hard to sleep. The furniture in the living area could have been more comfortable. We still had a great time and enjoyed getting away!!

Great place to stay

Me and my husband stayed here the second week of August 2025 and we had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo and the washer and dryer was awesome. It’s such a cozy condo and the view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful. You can even see dolphins of the mornings between 8:30 and 9am. The orange beach area is a great area with everything you need and restaurants close by. This was our first time to the area and we loved it and will be visiting again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The unit was really nice for two people even though it says it’s for six it would be really cramped for six. Unit and the amenities were very nice. The only thing I would recommend since we stayed for two weeks. It would’ve been nice to have dressers for our clothes. Other than that it was a great unit and would rent it again.

Food matter found all Over condo, shower liner mildewed in hall bathroom, slow drain in bathroom shower, water won’t heat well in kitchen, dirty comforters need to be replaced, a thorough cleaning needed throughout condo…very dingy and gross in almost every area

Great location, but not clean.

Had to wash bedding day we got there. (Makeup on pillow case and assume sheets not changed either) found nasty stained STIFF rag inside pillow case after removing. Next day tv didn’t work then tv remote batteries died while trying to figure tv out. Just terrible experience we want be back. Customer did send someone with sheets but wife had already washed others. ON VACATION you know how that ended for me.
