Phoenix X 206 is an inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, offering the perfect escape for a serene beach vacation. Ideally located in Orange Beach, this condo allows you to relax to the gentle sounds of the ocean waves.

Step into the Primary suite, where comfort meets luxury. It features a cozy King bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bath equipped with a tiled walk-in shower adorned with a soothing rain shower head. The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two Queen beds, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have convenient access to the hall bathroom, which also boasts a rejuvenating rain shower head. For added entertainment, each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

The living area of this condo is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a comfortable sofa sleeper. Situated on the second floor, the condo offers a beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are also available in the unit, along with Wifi to keep you connected.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix X. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Girls Weekend

We were very pleased. We arrived early and Liquid Life did allow us into the property early. The apartment was perfect location as our main purpose for the trip was to visit Florabama. All attendees commented on how comfortable the beds were. I would recommend this unit in the future.

My family has been staying at Phoenix X for years! This property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and the Flora Bama. We always have a great time. Check in was super easy as well as checking out. I felt that the property management communicated with me well throughout the entire process. Overall it was a great stay!

End of summer getaway!

Family Spring Break

Awesome property In a great location with the BEST VIEWS! The condo was fully stocked with everything needed and we had plenty of room for our family. It was in a great location close to all fun spots, and so convenient being right next to FloraBama Bar which was always a fun time. We will definitely be back, my kids already want to book for next spring!

Excellent family stay

Our three generations greatly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix X. This second floor unit was well-stocked with utensils and even a crockpot. The location could not be better, with an incredible view of the expanded balcony, and proximity to the beach, basketball court, and indoor pool/hot tub. All the rooms were quite clean and nicely decorated. Communication was perfect and we loved the contactless checkout.

Very comfy beds, and nice new furniture! The only suggestion would be that the kitchen needs a few more things to cook with. There are no pans for heating things up in the oven. The condo is great! We had a great stay!

Golf trip with guys

Very nice condo for a guys golf trip. Stayed in several others in same building but this was one of the nicer ones. Only down fall to this one bs the others is parking pass had to be bought separately versus included in price of condo

Overall everything was great !! If there’s anything, the wood on the bar island in the kitchen is rotting at the bottom. (That could be fixed )!! Other than that, the place was nice ! Great view of the ocean clean and well kept .

Very nice condo

The condo is very nice. It would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in the master bedroom, though. There were also a few pots and pans that weren’t completely clean, but overall the condo was very clean.

Perfect location

The property is in a perfect location, 2nd floor, balcony overlooking the pool and facing the beach. Beach is easily accessible. The front two bedroom could have benefitted from curtains on windows, although they did have shades. The guest bathroom shower/tub combo was very slow to drain. The upholstered furniture and rugs were stained. Knobs on cabinets were sticky and a once over with Clorox wipes helped immensely. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
