The main level of this residence features 2 living areas - one where you can watch a great movie or sports on the big screen, and another where you can visit with each other or just sit mesmerized by the endless unobstructed beach and Gulf of Mexico views! Also found on the first living level is a gourmet kitchen equipped with walk in pantry, and Wolf appliances including a gas cooktop and stove, two fridges, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen overlooks the dining room (with seating for 8) and out towards a tremendous deck. The views from the kitchen and dining room are absolutely stunning just as you see in the pictures! The outdoor main deck has 2 outdoor dining tables, loungers, and comfortable oversized chairs providing the perfect outdoor dining and living room experience! The kitchen features a large island with bar seating for four, and a pass through bar area into one of the living rooms with four more seats. A wet bar with ice maker and beverage cooler is found between the two living areas on the main living level along with work desk area surrounded by light and views! Two bedrooms are found on the main living level: one has a king sized bed, huge walk in closet, and large attached bath with an oversized soaking tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is a bunk style set up with two twin over full bunks. A half bathroom is found in the entry hallway on the main level.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
