Spring Break Baseball Tournament

Location was great for our baseball tournament and the multiple game locations. This condo was just what we needed and where we needed to be. We arrived for checkin well after 7:00pm and weren’t sure about parking and which deck was closest to our condo. We had no code for parking or to get into the elevator to access our floor. The person working after hours was helpful and got us taken care of quickly.

Great Weekend

We were here for a cheerleading competition. This property was very clean. Fun weekend for our family. Only issue we had was the check-in process. We arrived late evening and everything was closed. We didn't know where to park or how to access the building. So FYI you park on top floor of garage across street from building and need codes to access garage and building which were not provided with our arrival information.

Filthy

The first thing I did when I entered the condo was kill a roach. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and stove were filthy. The stove was covered in grease and crumbs. The utensils had food all over them. The floors were not vacuumed, there was food on the floor all by the bar stools. The back door was broken. I had to keep putting it back on the track. When the washing machine was running, the whole condo smelled like mildew. The whole place needs to be painted. The wall colors are outdated and the walls are dirty. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well maintained. Our main issue was with checking in over the weekend. There was only 1 key in the lockbox (keypad on door will allow all in condo to come and go freely) and no keyfob for the pool or workout room. Apparently, the guests prior had accidentally taken it with them. Not a problem except no one was able to help resolve this issue until Monday afternoon at 1pm after repeated calls and emails over the weekend and again on Monday. Don't expect any help if it is on the weekend or after hours. There is no concierge or after hours host to help you. Property managers are only available 9-5, M-F. When Kim finally connected with us Monday afternoon, she was able to move things along. Also, closets had no hangers, we just bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart and left them. Apparently they are not provided...odd. Otherwise a nice clean condo.

The visit was great. We enjoyed all the entertainment that was available onsite. The only complaint we have is that the master bathroom had a door that would not close properly. Otherwise, awesome experience.

We enjoyed our time at this condo so much! There were a few things that were not represented well. #1 There's a hole in the ceiling over the bar. #2. The satellite in the main tv hardly ever works. #3. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser that barely work at all. That all being said, we enjoyed the location, the beds were comfortable and everything seemed pretty well cleaned.

Good time but unit could use some TLC

The location and amenities were all good. The unit was somewhat unkept. There were socks under one of the beds from a previous guest as well as some other relatively large debris that just didn't get cleaned. The furniture was very dusty. There was a wet spot on the kitchen ceiling that got worse throughout the stay where some of the ceiling paint peeled and fell to the floor. We did call maintenance, who responded very quickly. They said the dryer duct ran past that area and there was probably a spot where moisture was leaking from it and into the ceiling. We were told we could continue to use the dryer and they would have to repair it after our stay. We did not use the dryer any further out of caution. The maintenance man said that this issue had been brought up to the owners previously. None of this ruined our stay, and we still had a great time. I do not think we would return to this unit.
