Inside, you'll find 763 square feet of inviting, comfortable space. This cozy condo sleeps up to six guests, featuring a twin-over-twin junior bunk in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional accommodation. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple and enjoyable. Start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the private balcony, the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails with a view.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Fantastic Getaway!

My wife and I have stayed here 3 years in a row and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The room is very comfy, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, and you're located within minutes of some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach. We'll definitely be back next year!

The property was clean however there was mold throughout on the ceiling and it smelled moldy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. There were not very many electrical outlets and the ones we did have did not hold the plug in they would fall out. Overall property was easy to access from the road. The beach was very close and had easy accessibility. Easy to check in and out with timely clear directions.

Summer Vacation

We have been coming to Orange Beach for at least 20 years and we always stay at Emerald Skye. It is very peaceful and not overly crowded. The entire area is very nice and a great community to spend time with family.

We never know we are in the right place until we are able t open the door. We do not have a computer with us and we travel during the time of travel. So we never know. The weather was great and we enjoyed the beach. We will come again.

4 days. Nice condo. Loved the location. 1st time in Orange Beach. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the view. Check in process was great and same with checking out. The pool was disappointing.

The location was great, right on the water. We had a few issues but they were taken care of. Our fault, I missed the 1 bathroom. This caused a couple of issues. Would stay there again as a couple.

Weekend Trip

We had a great weekend stay at this property! Checkin was seamless, property was clean, and access to the beach was phenomenal. Parking tag was a little difficult to locate as it was up in a cabinet, but after a quick search it was located. The only thing I will note is the door does not have the ability to stay open without being held, and is rather heavy and shuts very hard and fast. Check out was an easy process with clear directions. Overall this was a great stay, and we would definitely stay again.

Property was outdated. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned and shower curtain should have been replaced. Spent $40.00 on cleaning supplies myself. The toilet acted like it was going to go through by the floor. Had no information about what to do with Dehumidifier. It ran over and this was on second morning, so emptied, cleaned up and then washed towels it took to mop floor. Assumed that fixed it. Next morning it had water all over floor, hardly an ounce in bucket. Did clean up routine again. So, decided to unplug it and leave off. Come back in that night and floor wet and took 3 towels to mop it up again. Called Sands of Alabama ( the only number I had). They offered to bring more towels but once again had started washing them. They asked me to mo but e dehumidifier to balcony to prevent moisture on floor. Which I gladly did. I also called when I left to remind them it was on balcony. The view was gorgeous! Loved spending time on balcony, listening to waves.
