Grand Caribbean 323 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located directly across from the beach & the areas hottest new dining venue, CoastAL. Located on the third floor, you have views of Cotton Bayou and the Gulf from the tiled balcony along with seating for four guests.

Combined with a queen bed in the bedroom, built-in child size bunk beds in the hall and a sleeper sofa to accommodate 6 guests. The bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

The living room features a Samsung 70" Class Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and the bedroom features a Samsung 43" Class Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

Grand Caribbean 323 comes with one assigned covered parking space under the complex. The complex features: easy beach access, pool, veranda area, fitness room, elevator & BBQ area.

Great Winter Getaway

Once we finally got the administrative issues resolved with our account, the stay was good. The only complaint I have is that the unit needs updating… the walls need paint and the area rug needs to be cleaned or replaced… I also had to clean as it was pretty dirty.. but as a whole we truly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing!

Perfect for small family

This unit was seriously perfect for a small family who’s wanting to stay budget friendly. To the right you have the ocean to the left you have the bayou. My kids really enjoyed getting to watch both sets of water and all the boats. The area was quiet. Pool area was great for when the kitties didn’t want to go to the beach.

The view from balcony was very nice. To the left was the canal and to the right was the beach. If you didn't want to go to the beach, the pool was very nice and clean.

This unit is in a very nice location. From the balcony you can see the gulf across the street (you can't see the beach) or watch boats come n go in the bay. Crossing the street to the public beach was easy because there was a traffic light to stop traffic. The room was very clean when we arrived. Communication with the rental agency was easy. Check-in was a little time consuming as we needed to drive down to gulf shores to register get a key and the parking permit then drive back down there to return keys when we left. A keyless entry would be a great asset to this unit. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Wonderful Stay with Great Views

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was easy to access and was not crowded, the view off of the balcony was great (even saw dolphins in the bay), the condo was nice and clean. Only downside was the pull out bed, it was not comfortable and the mattress was very thin. Bring a mattress topper of some sort if you need to use it.

Condo review

The condo was good, shower curtain liner needs to be replaced ASAP, if you are renting this location, call ahead. If we hadn’t have we would have gone to condo first as that is was is listed on VRBO, that was not the case, you have to stop 15 miles prior to condo to get keys. Other than those two issues, we had a great time. We would rent from this condo again.

The overall stay was good, and the location was excellent with the beach being across the street

My experience renting the property was effortless. Everything was done online. The water drained from the bathtub extremely slow which was a little difficult when showering. The stove was missing a knob to turn one of the eyes, but we just used the other three.

Good location , really liked the access to the public beach across the street.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bed was comfortable. The little deck had a nice view. We were centrally located near many places necessary for shopping. The sofa was very low and sagged making it difficult to get out of. The carpet in the living room was worn and dirty. We found out our friends paid $300 less for a place twice as big with many more amenities.
