It's located in a low density building, so you won't have to fight the crowds for beach space and elevators! And, from the moment you walk through the door, your family will be in awe of the spectacular gulf views and the gorgeous furnishings! This condo is like brand new, all furnishings and decorative items are new, new floors, new appliances, new lighting, new doors, new cabinets, new countertops etc.....

    Nestled in the center of all of the action, this condo is located right across the street from supermarkets, plenty of great shopping and the some of the best restaurants in the area. There's a washer and dryer for your convenience and a fully stocked kitchen for your use including a new KEURIG, shiplap walls, a new subway backsplash and new appliances! And, for your viewing pleasure, there's a 65" flat screen television in the living room for movie night!

    You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. And, your kids will enjoy the beautiful pool, building sand castles at the beach and an adventurous crab hunt every night!!
