Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful condo and property!

This place is amazing! The view is incredible and the resort is amazing. Tons of stuff to do for the kids. Nicely maintained. Couldn’t have been happier! We want to come back next year.

Gorgeous unit!

Stunningly decorated unit, spacious and clean. We did have a couple of issues- the master bathroom doorknob was missing part of the lock and my daughter got locked in. And the hall bathroom shower was off the tracks so it was difficult for the girls to open and close properly. I texted the management company and they put in tickets to get it resolved however the maintenance crew kept rescheduling it and ultimately it never got done while we were there. We were still happy with the condo and would stay there again- just word to the wise to test the doors with another adult to avoid getting locked in. :)

Family Vacation

Arrived at the property, description of the property was accurate. Management property was responsive and answered our questions before and during our stay. The views of the bay were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The property itself was nice, we were happy the AC worked great, and the ice maker and mini fridge were an awesome bonus! Also, the assigned parking space for the unit is in a great location. Only feedback, we had some issues working the TVs and stove. They definitely were user error but we really lost some precious time trying to figure those things out. Lol So I recommend maybe providing the guest user instructions for those items. Just a suggestion. The property was equipped with plenty of silverware, pots and pans. We had a taco night, the only item we couldn't find was a flat skillet to warm the tortillas. Lol, but hey, I don't think that's at the top of the priority list so we made it work. We were a family of 10 and we fit great. Everyone was happy with the property and the location.

The listing was accurate: The linens were nice and clean and they have a generous amount. But NO beach towels. They have 3 outdoor pools. But they are not heated! AT ALL! This unit is in building D, and has zero people on staff that can help you with anything. We were told early check in is not allowed, and they were not kidding. We barely got our unit by the 4:00 check in time. There were no hangers, but they sent some over. The floors looked clean, but left our feet black. They sent someone to mop again. But with 2 crawling 10 month olds, we still left with dirty knees on their clothes. Parking was fine for the main vehicle, but if you got the second parking pass there was not much room for the 2nd one. They have nice facilities and chairs at the pools, but not much signage on how to find places. For a place that is geared toward families, nothing is family friendly in the unit. No cribs, pack n plays, high chairs, beach toys, board games etc. You have to rent everything or bring it yourself. Most rentals will supply the first of necessities, but salt and pepper and coffee filters don't fall into that category, so plan on bringing literally everything! We are used to private rentals that supply a few more things to help out, so maybe our expectations were too high. The view of the bay was very nice! The unit was quiet and air conditioner worked well. They responded quickly to our issues. The trolley takes you to beach access but it's still a walk to the beach.

Fam Vaca

We had a great vacation in OB. We chose the Caribe this go around after staying at several beach front locations in the past. We wanted more of the amenities than beach. It was everything we hoped for plus some. The resort was a wonderful place to stay. The only complaint I would say I had was parking the first night. We had 2 vehicles. Only receive 1 parking spot so our 2nd vehicle had to park pretty far away due to the capacity at the resort and all the vehicles parked every which way in the grass/etc. But this is nothing to ruin a vaca. This resort was a great place to stay.
