We've stayed at several places at the Caribe and have had no issues. Check-in was okay. We arrived and the place wasn't clean. There was food on the bathroom floor, we had to sweep the floors. The garbage disposal did not work. When I let the property management company know, they didn't do anything, didn't offer to have it looked at. This unit needs some work to it.
