Beautiful 7th floor condo ON THE BEACH

  • Centrally located in Orange Beach and fully renovated in 2022. Once arriving no need to drive any more! Walk to groceries, over 10 dining options and shopping right across the street or go to your private 7th floor balcony and enjoy the view. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom non-smoking condo has all the amenities for your relaxing vacationing. Fully stocked kitchen with all newer appliances, Keureg coffee maker and a separate ice maker. Master has King size bed and slider doors going to balcony as well as large personal bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet room, shower and a soaker tub. Second master has King bed and full attached bathroom. 3rd bedroom has queen and twin bulks to sleep 4 comfortable with it's own full bathroom including large vanity to spread out your toiletries. Fantastic unobstructed Gulf views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony and the Master bed. At night, lay in your bed, and let the surf lull you to sleep. Very common to see dolphins from balcony in the morning and you can watch the boats as they are leaving the pass to go fishing. When you're ready for the beach, you can't stay any closer to the beach than I The Enclave. Indoor pool for those rainy days or watch your favorite movies or ballgames on one of the 4 flat screen TVs. Brand new AC, appliances and Smart TVs. Perfect for watching movies on your Netflix or Hulu accounts. There are grills on the ground floor to grill up that delicious burger or steak. Try your hand at Pickleball on the newly resurface courts, great game for the entire family, all ages. Guaranteed one parking spot for $50.00 per stay

Beach view perfect. Very nice condo with enough room for everyone!! Parking situation was irritating, but not fault of owner. Got a parking violation notice on car that was going to be towed but paid for parking. Don’t need to bring a beach chair. The closet was FULL and loved the use of an umbrella all week

Amazing!

Everything about this property is perfect-the location, the views, the insanely easy access to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the layout of the condo. We couldn’t ask for anything better. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Do yourself a favor and book this condo. You won’t regret it!

Another Fantastic Stay!

Tom’s condo once again exceeded expectations! This was our second year in a row booking his condo and it was fantastic. The sunrise/sunset views are unbeatable. He is always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Condo was very clean and I love how close it is to many things! We utilized the pool after sunset and when the ocean wasn’t favorable and enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful condo in a very convenient location in Orange beach

This property was just as it was pictured . It was decorated beautifully . It was located in a very central location ,close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and baths were updated and had everything we needed. The balcony had plenty of furniture so that our group of 6 had room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. This property deserves the 5 stars that I gave it. We will definitely return to this lovely condo.

Perfect location, beautiful condo amd beach

This was the perfect place for us to stay! It was clean, and had a perfect view of the Gulf. It was within close walking distance to the restaurant along the beach as well as right across from a grocery store and Wal-Mart and lots other shops for what you may need. The pool was never too busy or crowded and very clean! I looked through MANY different condos and we were both very happy we chose this one! It was just two of us, but its got plenty of rooms/bathrooms for a family of 6-8 people. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. If we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing time staying here! The condo was perfection! Major beach vibes but felt like home. Comfy beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner contacted us before and during our trip to ensure we were happy. We stay at a different condo every year but we will definitely stay here again! The Enclave has 2 pools and we enjoyed those daily. Parking was difficult but once parked, we walked across the road to get what we needed. Quick and easy! I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Orange Beach!

Enclave

Really enjoyed the condo and the location. Always good to get away with the family. Weather didn't cooperate very well, and couldn't get in the ocean much, but sure enjoyed the beach and pools. Ate at some great restaurants (Doc's, GT's, Tacky Jacks, Mile Marker 158), played some golf at Cotton Creek, and always enjoy Pirates Island and The Track. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is my favorite place, been going there every summer for over 50 years, since I was a little kid. Parking at the Condo was an issue, but we managed.

Fun afamily Vacation

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. There was more than enough room for two couples and two children. The kitchen was stocked plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. The pool area was nice. The zero entry was great for small children entering the water. The only negative that we encountered was limited parking at the complex. There was a public paid parking lot about a 5 minute walk away that was $25 per day. Communication with the owner was quick.

It was wonderful. Loved the place. Beautiful view. Easy to book and when we had questions I was answered immediately. Only thing was that we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels. The other condos I’ve stayed in also would have salt and pepper we could use. It’s expensive to buy all these things that you really don’t or can’t bring back with you.

Spring Break family style

My husband and 3 kids had an absolute blast! The location was PERFECT! We walked most everywhere! The condo was so big and perfect for us…everyone had their own space and it was exactly as the listing said it was. Very clean and nicely decorated. The beach a was beautiful! We walked it every morning and spent hours each day on the white sand. The kids swam in both the indoor and outdoor pool. Pools are kind of small but we preferred the beach anyway. We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday while there so we went to Adventure Island and the kids really enjoyed that. We didn’t find a restaurant that we LOVED, but had decent food each night. Would definitely recommend this location and would love to come back! Thanks Tom and Yvonne!

Great condo

Great condo, small deck but excellent view and great location! This was our 7th visit to OBGS and The Enclave is our favorite condo complex. It’s not as busy and the beach is not a far walk. This condo has plenty of room with 3 large and bright bathrooms. We appreciated having 3 recliners and plenty of seating. The umbrella and beach chairs were great to have. Our family enjoyed the games located in the bar area. Suggestions- upgrade main tv to a tv with streaming apps to watch movies as well as local channels. Netflix won’t load on the tv and no other apps to load, so there wasn’t much to watch on the main tv. Main tv definitely needs an upgrade. Mattresses could use an upgrade, too. Overall, this was a great condo and would stay here again.

Heaven on Earth

This will definitely be a condo we return to yearly! Checking in was a breeze, the condo was absolutely beautiful inside, and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. The beach was literally just an elevator ride and minute walk down the access, which made carrying stuff for a beach day easy. Being able to go back and forth throughout the day made things relaxing and enjoyable. The condo included plenty of chairs, beach toys, and two umbrellas which I appreciated SO MUCH. The condo itself was so beautiful. The rooms were large, beds were comfy, plenty of linens and pillows. We definitely didn’t mind when we stayed in for the day and everyone had their own space to relax, listen to the ocean, watch TV, and nap. Checking in with Tom was easy and he was very responsive anytime I needed something (thanks Tom!). We plan to make this a yearly trip now that we’ve found a beautiful spot to stay at. Thanks again, Tom!
