Located DIRECTLY on the Beach and OVERLOOKS the beautiful white sand beaches and serenity of the Gulf Of Mexico.

CLEAN!! 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo sleeps 8 people.

Welcome to Unit D1104 at the Turquoise Place. Turquoise Place is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf Of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is a premier resort offering first class amenities and is the most luxurious condominium on the the coast. Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo is located on the 11the floor in building D (which is the building with the lazy river) and has over 2300 square feet of living space.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have large smart tv's.

The private 400 square foot balcony features an outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the unobstructed views of the pristine Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolfe Kitchen appliances...I call it the Dream kitchen and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some fresh fish. We have flat screen Tv's in every Bedroom as well as the Master Bath. The wet bar features a wine cooler as well as an ice maker. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

In the living room you will have a glass fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and a 65" Smart TV above. Great patio

This location had a great balcony equipped with a grill and hot tub. We spent a majority of our time out there. The rest of the condo was roomy and as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Christmas vacation!

We had the perfect Christmas vacation at Orange Beach at The Turquoise Place. We stayed at this condo in August and fell in love with it. It has everything you could need and then some. We will definitely be back again!

Great Beach Vacation

The condo is amazing. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for everyone and the amenities on the premises is awesome. Lazy River, big pool (with bar & food for purchase), beach is 100 feet away. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and so roomy. We are already looking to book again. Communication was top notch throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend staying at this unit. Jason was super friendly and provided all the information needed for check in. Super easy and no hassle.The staff on property were extremely friendly. My grandson enjoyed hunting for the turquoise rocks hidden throughout the property. Fun for all ages.

Another great stay!

Beautiful condo and very responsive host! We have stayed at this specific condo several times before and have always been pleased. Owner takes obvious pride in his property and stays on top of maintenance. Cannot beat this property in Orange Beach! Although there is some construction on the property, we experienced no disruption and look forward to the improvements.

Awesome Beach Condo With Great Views - Orange Beach AL

My husband and I spent a few nights at this spacious condo in Orange Beach, AL. We loved 1104D at Turquoise Place! Great views, easy beach access, nice amenities! The condo was very clean and had beautiful beach-themed decor. I have stayed at a few different beach-front condo complexes at various beaches, and so far Turquoise Place is my favorite! One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend 1104D!

Beautiful but not comfy

We went in October and location was beautiful and not crowded, but beds are firm and a few outlets didn’t work. It was very accommodating for everything else, especially if you want to stay in and cook.

Beautiful place, perfect views, great host!

Pictures can sometimes be misleading, we were shocked that this place was actually bigger than the pictures made it look. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. My son loves to cook out and loved having the grill on the balcony. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and they were quick to respond and get it fixed. We loved staying here and are already planning on returning. Don’t hesitate on booking this place!!!

Another great stay!

We absolutely love this condo! We stayed there last year and loved it. Went back later in late summer and stayed at another unit because this one was booked. We were very disappointed in the condition of the furnishings in other one and plan to only stay at this one moving forward. This condo is very well maintained and decorated. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The check in process is very easy and all the staff at this property are friendly and professional. Great location and the beach service for chairs/umbrellas cannot be beat.
