With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy both a bathtub and a shower for added comfort. Comfortable King bed in primary suite, Full size Bunk beds in Guest room. In home laundry. Elevator access to 3rd floor which is the top floor and our floor. The condo stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a superb retreat any time of year. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this charming condo offers a welcoming place to unwind. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and fold all colored used BEACH towels put back in baskets under the hall table.
Do not strip beds, just leave them unmade if used.
Take all used towels, wash cloths, dis clothes etc and place in guest bath tub. Set temperature to 75 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No vaping or smoking of any kind in Condo or on front or back decks and walkways. DO NOT FEED Alligators or Turtles $500 fine and vacation is over! :(
At check out please take all trash out to dumpsters across from pool area. Set temperature to 75. Leave all used beds unmade not stripped. Thank you.
Place all used towels, washcloths, dishcloths etc in guest bathtub. If beach towels used place in there as well. Thank you.
