Welcome to Perdido Grande 403 in Orange Beach, AL! Enjoy your bay-front condo along Terry Cove with quick access to Robinson Island! This complex is adjacent to Sportsman's Marina so you can have a fun filled vacation on the waters of Orange Beach! This complex features an indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor pool, fitness gym, sauna, and tennis courts! Enjoy the spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath unit with plenty of space that sleeps 8! Only 9 minutes away from the nearest public beach! Book today!

The Space:
Must be 25 years of age to book. Parking passes are $25 each (1 pass will be provided with your reservation). Any additional passes are $25 (2 parking passes allowed per reservation).

This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath unit has over 2000 sq ft with plenty of space for everyone to relax! Featuring a king bed in the primary room, king in 2nd bedroom, and queen in 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper couch in the living room to sleep a total of 8 guests in the unit.
Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom!

Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony overlooking Terry Cove and the marina!

If you choose to bring a boat you will need to utilize the adjacent property at Sportsman's Marina.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything in the unit/balcony, indoor pool, fitness gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and tennis courts.

The community has a gated entrance with a code to get in/out (code will be given prior to arrival).

Interaction with Guests:
Orange Beach Life will be available to assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
