Very nice place to stay

This place was clean, comfortable and an overall great experience. It is right across the street from the beach and in a convenient area to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location and lots of room

We had 8 people stay here for the week. We spent most of our time at the pool because the beaches had quite a few jellyfish. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. Autumn was very responsive and accommodating with anything we needed.

The property was lovely. Enough room for my little family. Perfect location to walk to the beach and a short drive to the venue were my girls cheer competition was. Beds were very comfortable everything we needed was there.

We liked the convenience of the location. It was a short walk/drive to the beach access but it wasn't terrible. We had to buy some trash bags and paper towels because we couldn't find the extras. The deck was very nice to have and sit out on. We would stay here again!

Friends Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect for two families with kids. The bunk room was great for all the kids. Easy communication with property owner, she is great! Close proximity to the beach. Our husbands walked back each day. So definitely not to far. The pool was great! Never felt crowded. Beds were comfy and we had all the utensils we needed to cook meals. Definitely would stay here again!

Overall Great Experience

Autumn was really easy to communicate with and helped with any questions I had in a timely manner! The kitchen was a little dirty when we got there and there were some minor bumps in the check in process for me but it was overall great property and I enjoyed the location/ amenities. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering Orange Beach!

All in one

First, the owner/manager is great! Very responsive to any issues and truly wants renters to enjoy their stay. I always bring a boat. This facility has excellent docks with water and power at each slip, plus a very accessible boat ramp. Only problem is the trailer parking. This unit, 2A is located in a very tight area restricting the ability to maneuver a trailer. Great location otherwise.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the Cotton Bayou Condo! Booking was super easy and i was able to speak with Autumn through email and text easily. We had a issue with our lock and she got right back to me fixing the issue! The Condo is located across the road from the beach and close to anything you might need. It is a very busy area . The pool was great my grandchild love it and the on site cleaning people were excellent when i had questions. The only hiccup we had was at the pool when another guest was playing some loud raunchy ( i mean explicit) music. I immediately turned toward them to make eye contact to signal it should be turned down and a older gentleman walked over to them and they turned it off. My daughter felt like he was an on site employee im am not sure but i appreciated it. I know you cant pick your neighbors but i saw them many times afterward and they kept it clean. All in all it was a great visit. No reflection on on Cotton Bayou but I do wish Orange Beach would get some sidewalks in on that side of town. It is so busy and stays busy making it difficult to walk to the beach. We had a child run in front of our car at the light near our area and 2 pedestrians hit that week. Thank you Autumn it was a great stay !

We had a perfect stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and close to everything — shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The only downside was the neighbors upstairs, who were a bit loud at times, but overall it didn’t take away from a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Let me start off by saying the Host is amazing and quick with communication. She is very accommodating as well and helpful. The unit itself is clean.
