Great location with nice amenities

The booking process was easy with great communication. We loved the location and the view of the ocean! Most items were in great condition with the exception of the shower heads in both bathrooms coming out of the wall, the primary bathroom handle falling off every time we used the facility, the main door scraping the tile floor, and the kitchen faucet splattering everywhere.The beds were comfy and the sofa in the living room was comfortable. Very cute decor! With a few minor upgrades, I believe the place would be really exceptional.

Nice place to stay, electric went out about a hour before we checked out had to pack all of our luggage from the 12th floor to the basement parking garage. Inconvenient tho not related to the room just the building in general

For the off season, this was a great condo. It was clean and quite. The master bed was too soft for my liking and the kitchen could use some new cooking utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time!!

We loved the location of this property. We were a little bit nervous about the hurricane that was coming but felt confident in the building and the updates from the owners. We would definitely love to come back.

Our condo was nice. Beautiful scenery, hospitality was great, and condo was clean. My one and only issue, which is a big one, is that the shower and toilet in the master bathroom didn't work. We arrived on Tuesday evening, went to enjoy the beach and pool, and came back to find out the shower and toilet didn't work. 7 people had to use 1 bathroom!!!! Ridiculous!! Maintenance was contracted, but of course didn't come til the next morning. At that time, the toilet was fixed but the shower was a no!!!! Needs a plumber. So again, 1 shower for 7 people for 3 nights!!! Otherwise, the place was great!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great for a 4 night stay with our family. Condo was clean but there were a few issues. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was extremely loud and therefore not usable. The kitchen could use some more supplies, specifically utensils and knifes were pretty light.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Great view from the awesome balcony and very easy beach access. All restaurants a very short drive away, but right across the street was a very casual restaurant, ice cream shop & dougnuts! The condo was spacious, clean and just as described. Also nice to have the reserved & free parking space under cover. Emma at the rental office was terrific. Of course very helpful w/the booking, but also during our stay. The provided app was very handy too. I messaged Emma via the app to find the channel for the women's soccer match and she emailed back to look for the channel listing guide. Well when I returned to condo for lunch she had already slid 2 guides under our door. There were notices in the elevator about an early morning planned power loss for maintenance and Emma called & emailed to make sure we were aware. I appreciate good customer service and Emma delivered!

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as it was pictured online. Everything was quaint, quiet, and clean! The square footage was just perfect for our family of four! A quick elevator ride to the lower level placed us on the beach and once we were done relaxing for the day, we could quickly shower, get dressed, and head out to local restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space and a washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! I washed everyday and we left with minimal dirty laundry. The facilities were comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the deck after the sun set to feel the breeze rolling off the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the place was very clean! The only thing I will say is that the mattresses need to be replaced, they are all sunken in the middle.

Overall this was a nice location but the unit is definitely in need of some upgrades. All of the faucets were original and need to be replaced. The mattresses also need to be replaced. A little disappointed for the price we paid and definitely could not tell these things from the pictures.
