Family vacation

A great place to stay for the price! The room had everything you would need! We used the out door roof pool. The tennis court needs a new net but we used it for some pickleball which was great! Beach access was nice! The property manager checked in thru out the trip which is something I liked!

This condo was perfect; very well stocked kitchen & the host was exceptional! She replied immediately to our questions. We were 2 65 grandmothers & a 9 yr old grandmother. It was really nice.

We enjoyed everything about this condo! The property owner checked in on us to make sure check in went well, the staff at the condo were all super nice and helpful! The upstairs gets a little warm, but we brought a fan and didn’t have any complaints! This place was perfect for our vacation!

I highly recommend this property/condo! Jan was an excellent host quickly responding to any questions we had and her condo is perfect! We had 3 adults and 1 child and it was just the right size. Everything was clean upon arrival and equipped with everything you would need. Perfect location on the beach and great pools!

Nice Location and Everything we Needed!

This is an older property and so nice that this unit was redone. Everything we needed to make us comfortable was there. The pools by the beach were nice and always able to get a lounge chair. With the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf steps away, so easy to take a walk on the beach and go shelling if you get up and out! Since we were just a few condos away from the serenity of Gulf State Park, we didn’t experience the spring break crowds at the beach.

The condo was in a good location not far from places to hangout eat and clean. One of the only 2 elevators was down so that kinda sucked but luckily it was just getting busy today when we left. Cute set up and nicely decorated. Don’t think I could have slept on the pull out the springs were pretty rough but the bed was very comfortable and sheets too. My only issue would be the air it was fine downstairs but upstairs it was steamy. Owner said they just put in a new unit but in the summer months it will be tough if not fixed. Owner is aware. Communication was great and so was check in process.

Clean and convenient

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo. Communication with the owner has always been great! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We noticed that since our last stay all of the appliances in the kitchen had been updated and knobs replaced. The second shower was convenient to have and the washer/dryer worked very well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Host Hana was an absolute GEM! The condo was so clean, smelt amazing, had everything you could think of needing, and very homey. She took the extra steps to even make a folder with things to go do/eat/see which we found very helpfull! Big plus= her communication and reassurance was extremely refreshing! I will definitely be using her in the future! :)

Luke Bryan Friends trip

We were down for a friends birthday and went to Luke Bryan’s concert!! I have stayed at Sugar Beach multiple times before!! I ALWAYS ENJOY MY STAY! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Hana was sooo sweet, easy to get in touch with and responsive!! Her condo is adorable! UPDATED!!! CLEAN!!! The master bed upstairs IS SOOOOO COMFORTABLE I wanted to take it home!!!!!! Hana’s condo was PERFECT!!! Look forward to staying again

Nice break from Michigan winter

My wife and I enjoyed the warm February weather on the beach. Lots of hiking on the beach and in the huge state park across the street. Had nice waves for body surfing and swimming. This condo has a bedroom upstairs and 2 bathrooms, I could go down stairs while my wife slept in. Linens, blankets, towels, and fully supplied kitchen was very much appreciated along with nice decorations and finishing touches. There was construction going on next door but the condo is very well insulated and we did not hear any loud noises. This was our third time at sugar beach condos and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. Hana’s communication with us was excellent. We hope to stay there again, a very restful place.

The room was clean (except for some stains on the bed sheets), but a bit outdated. Loved the views and easy access to the beach! Wish I had known about the parking fee before I booked the room. Not sure I would have booked otherwise, because it added to the overall costs.
