Each home features three comfortable bedrooms, for a total of six sleeping areas across both properties. Each bedroom is equipped with comfy bedding and pillows, as well as a Smart TV so no one has to fight over the remote in the living room.



Each primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in rain shower, and plush towels.



The second bedroom of each home has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for families with kids, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.



Each home also has an additional full bathroom off the main living space with a shower and tub combo and extra towels.

Each full kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need to cook tasty meals for your entire group. Enjoy modern, stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an extended breakfast bar with seating for five people. There’s also a large dining room table with seating for six.



The open floor plan allows for easy socializing, with the lounge located directly across from the kitchen. Each lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV, providing the perfect setting for a family movie night or planning for your next exciting day in Orange Beach. If you have extra guests, there are comfy sofa beds in each living room.

No beach vacation would be complete without an epic outdoor space to hang out in. Each home has a covered patio with chairs, perfect for people-watching while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.



There is also a private pool on each property. These saltwater pools are perfect for a quick dip if you don’t feel like heading over to the beach, and there are sun loungers around the exterior for a relaxing session of tanning close to home.



When you are ready for a beach day, the white sand is just a two-minute walk from the property. Your vacation home is located right along the main strip of Orange Beach (Perdido Beach Blvd), which provides access to the beautiful beach, along with countless restaurants and bars serving cold drinks year-round.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to both homes, along with the private pools located in the back of each home. Enjoy six beautifully decorated bedrooms, four lovely full bathrooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, and ample lounging space. Free parking is available for up to six vehicles in the shared driveway located between the two houses.



As a result of the great location and the increasing popularity of Orange Beach, you can expect Perdido Beach Blvd (in front of the home) to get busy, especially on holidays. Note that although the beach is directly across the street, it is recommended that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.



The Neighborhood:

You will be located right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with deeded beach access making it a quick walk. Orange Beach is famous for beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, and relaxing atmosphere



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride share services like Uber or Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

We respectfully remind you that our home is not a hotel. If any problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Beach Access:

We recommend that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd to access the beach across the street. This is the safest way across and is located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.



Location:

Our beach retreat is located right on the main strip of Orange Beach, Perdido Beach Blvd, so you’ll benefit from access to the beach and some amazing restaurants and bars, all year round. Please note that Perdido Beach Blvd can get extremely busy, especially during the holidays and peak season.



Pool:

Our pool team services the pool regularly. We do our best to avoid interruptions to your vacation time, but if our friendly maintenance team arrives, please do allow them to quickly service the pool. They’ll be on their way again before you know it!



Pets:

Please note that we have a strict no-pets policy.



Security Camera:

Please note that we have an exterior security camera that monitors access to the front door. The camera is monitored and recorded 24/7 so that we can verify compliance with our rental policies. Rest assured that there are no cameras indoors, nor do any of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.
