Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix East. Phoenix East is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!!



The condo is situated in a great spot on the 3rd floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach!
Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Our stay was great although I didn’t receive my check in email but the property manger sent it to me as soon as I called. It was a beautiful relaxing stay, everything was clean and just as pictured!

Orange beach Thanksgiving

Everything was clean and just as pictured online. Loved the location. The washer was a bit unstable and noisy, and the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. Just wanted to share the need for someone to look at these two items. Would certainly stay again!

Great, shot trip!

Great stay for a long weekend! The condo was very clean and easy to access from the elevator. The walk to the beach is very short with a walkway right to the beach. The cabinets were stocked with glasses, mugs, plates, and other cookware. They make sure to clean out all food products to keep the condo clean, so bring your own sugar, salt, pepper, etc. The host was very fast to respond and very helpful. I would like to stay here again in the future!

Perfect!

Perfect beach location! Nice decor and excellent view! Quote spacious for one bedroom condo. Large balcony with nice furniture. Property manager was amazing to answer any questions and sent someone with a NEW satin comforter, shams and pillows for the bed. Short walk to beach. Very nice swimming pool. Overall awesome!

Great location

Really great location, balcony has the perfect view. Short walk to the beach. The rug in the living room stuck up right where you walk which became a trip hazard the entire stay. The bathroom countertop still had soap residue from the previous stay. One of the outlets in the bedroom behind the bedside table doesn’t work. Apart from small things like those within the condo, the location was perfect for us!

View marvelous, balcony windows clean, mattress comfortable, nice paint colors. Sofa and love seat dirty and uncomfortable, dirty towels left in washer, dirty throw pillows, baseboards and fans need to be cleaned, food left on plates and on utensils in cabinets, food on backsplash need sink, tub grout has mildew, pubic hair left on toilet seat even with little paper seal on toilet seat.

Nice Stay

Stay was pleasant overall. Location of condo was excellent right by elevators. Beautiful setting overlooking the gulf. Beautiful sites and sounds. Condo was comfortable for the most part however, our only major complaint was the bed. The mattress was not comfortable. It was uneven, broken down, and hard to get a good nights sleep in. Very flimsy. Should be replaced. All other amenities, kitchen and the balcony or wonderful.

Nice condo, beautiful view

Overall, we loved our stay. The condo was lovely and all was as described. The only thing I would be advised of is that sound travels pretty heavily from the upstairs. Toward the end of our stay a group checked in above us who sounded like they were literally running back and forth nonstop and moving furniture the entire time. The staff were super helpful though, and we had no problem with the people before that. So, it could have just been that group. If you’re sensitive to sound you might opt for a top floor or hope you get better neighbors, though.

Nice for a very basic, bare-bones accommodation

We really enjoyed the location of this unit; it was easy to access the beach and the unit was very clean. There were a few kitchen appliances like a Keurig and a coffee pot, but there was absolutely nothing else in the way of pantry items (no coffee filters, salt and pepper, a stray roll of tin foil or a can of cooking spray etc). If you want to do anything more than heat up an oven pizza, you will need to bring all your own condiments/seasonings/prep ingredients. There was only one roll of toilet tissue provided, so we made a grocery run for that as well. All in all we had a nice time, and this is a great unit if you don’t need anything outside of a place to drop your bags! $55 for a parking pass feels a little steep in the off season, but beaches gonna beach I suppose.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Updated Condo, big balcony with nice furniture, kitchen has both a keurig and regular coffee maker, big tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime for movies, and perfect location in Orange Beach near the yeti.Cons: Condo is older, Shower needs a mat to prevent falling, balcony is great but your in view of everyone above, beside and below, air condition in bedroom blast you, comforter on bed is hot, and mattress needs to be replaced. I woke up every morning sore and back hurting.Otherwise, Condo was nice, however, it would be nice for owner to provide salt and pepper shakers.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and wonderful patio furniture for relaxing and laying out. The bed is horrible and mattress seems like is due for an upgrade. There is ONE mirror in the whole condo and that is over the bathroom sink. When two people are getting ready or you need a full length view of sunscreen application, etc, it’s not possible. The couches are as uncomfortable as the bed so watching a movie at night was not very enjoyable. Loved the location and patio but would not recommend for those who want comfortable relaxing time and sleep!

The condo was cute and nicely decorated. The balcony was amazing and we enjoyed how large it was and we were able to spend a lot of time out there snacking, sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful beach view. However.... The first night we were there a cockroach emerged from the bathroom sink. I killed it and we plugged the drain to stop any others from coming into the condo. There was sand on the floor and a few crumbs on the kitchen floor, which my wife swept up the best she could to deter any more critters. We did enjoy our stay, but the cleaning staff may want to be more thorough.

Reviewer Comments: We took our 6 year old grandson with us and it was perfect location for the condo itself being on the 3rd floor, using the stairs was convenient if elevator was busy. The condo itself was clean and simply decorated and updated. Kitchen well equiped for cooking. But the oversized balcony was awesome. It was right over the pool area and boardwalk right in front of it with beachview. Hope to come back next year and use condo 305 again.

Having the covered balcony was great since there were some bad weather days. The only issue is the gate going onto the boardwalk. It has a spring closing device and everyone going in and out just lets it slam shut. It is very annoying if you are at the pool or the balcony.
