"The property is a good rental property where we had rented from the owners several times at the Gulf. The problem with this situation was Expedia. When we viewed the property online before renting there was no photos of the exact rental we were interested in renting and were not sure which unit or floor we would be on however we trusted Brett Robinson rentals from prior trips.

"Check in was seamless owner provided code ahead of arrival with instructions. Only had to obtain parking permit that was paid d in advance. Kitchen was stocked with supplies needed for cooking. Owner supples two coffee makers."
"This property is very well kept and clean. Had a beach view room and enjoyed every minute, view was perfect and balcony was just right for my wife and I. All staff we came in contact with were exceptional. We give this property a 10 out of 10. Free parking for guests, unlike some others in the area that want to charge on top of the room charge. The breakfast is better than most and the omelet bar was perfect. Definitely will be visiting here again. "

"The listing photo is actually of the building next door, but the actual home is much better. There was a little confusion on the location of the key when we checked, but our host was super responsive; we were able to reach him right away. Th neighborhood was nice and quiet and the public beach was a short car ride away. There was a nice restaurant at the end of the street and a beautiful patio with a great yard adjacent that gave our puppy plenty of room to run around. We had plenty of supplies for our trip— the home was fully stocked with the essentials like garbage bags, extra towels, toilet paper, coffee(!!), spices, and even some toiletries like shampoo and body wash. All in all, great stay for a great price, in an excellent location with a phenomenal host. "
