"excellent hotel! the manager was super accommodating. he sent someone to get us after we got rocks thrown at us at a restaurant (this is not how algeria is don’t worry). he also arranged for us to stay a little longer since our flight was so late. very great and helpful staff. clean rooms."

"Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars"

"I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. "Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir"
