Avis : Très déçue de mon séjour – je ne recommande pas Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès l’arrivée, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant d’hygiène : la chambre était sale, les draps semblaient simplement refaits mais pas changés, et les parties communes laissaient à désirer. La nourriture était médiocre, peu de choix et très peu de saveur. Pire encore : certaines de mes affaires ont disparu, notamment des crèmes de soin personnelles laissées dans la salle de bain. Aucun retour ou solution proposée par le personnel. un hôtel mal entretenu, au service approximatif, et sans sécurité pour les affaires personnelles. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommande pas.

Hôtel avec vu magnifique , jolie chambre mais le service nul , plusieurs fois ils ont oublié de me mettre des serviettes je devait attendre des heures pour en avoir le room service catastrophique, ils ont exigé que je paye tout de suite le plat que j’avais pris alors que j’ai l’habitude ailleurs de tout mettre sur la chambre et tout régler à la fin aucun professionnalisme. personnel pas accueillant Quand on demande quelque chose on a l’impression de les déranger. Et ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer au niveau du spa les prix étais affiché sur une pancarte et la dame m’a demandé le double du pris qui été noté, je n’ai pas voulu faire la prestation j’ai uniquement pris le massage et niveau propreté c’était pas ouf. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est magnifique et moderne mais pour un 5 étoiles le service ne suit pas

Room service commandé mais jamais livré. Pressing pas traité pendant 2 jours jusqu’au checkout. J’ai du revenir en fin de journee chercher mon linge et annuler mes rdv d’affaire. Affaire degradé a la machine au lieu de netoyage a sec comme demandé (veste en laine de marque rapetissé) Aucun geste commercial fait par la direction! Cest un scandale!

L’hôtel en soit est correct, mais je ne comprends toujours pas et je trouve cela dommage et inadmissible que la piscine soit interdite au mineur.. Les femmes de ménages ne frappent pas avant de rentrer dans la chambre pour faire le ménage mais entre directement parfois

Un problème de communication. Nous sommes arrivés on nous annoncé que notre réservation n’avais pas était payée hors que si elle avait belle et bien était réglé débité sur mon compte en temps réel. Ensuite en arrivant nous avons payé le petit déjeuner le matin au petit déjeuner à notre grande surprise (encore une fois) on nous annonce que le Petit déjeuner n’est pas réglée pour ensuite nous dire non c’est bon. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié ce manque d’organisation que ça soit à l’accueil pour la réservation ou au petit déjeuner. Vaudrais mieux revoir l’organisation administrative nois voulions rajouter un jour supplémentaire mais à la suite de ces problèmes cela nous a décourager tant pis il ont perdu 200 euros supplémentaires. Dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment très beau et bien placé.

Hôtel très moderne avec tout le confort. Chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Personnel très attentionné. Merveilleux spa avec hammam, sauna et jacuzzi ou l’on peut se détendre le soir. Vue époustouflante. Et un bon service de restauration y compris en chambre.

Rubbish hotel be avoided to book with this hotel . nothing relative with sheraton hotel the pool showing working . but wasn't work rude peoples . waste money . Waste time being drive for 5 hours with my kids were excited for pool
