Bessa sits on eight acres of seaside and riverfront along Jamaica's quieter north coast, where the Caribbean Sea meets Jacks River and the Oracabessa hills hold back development. The estate was designed around the land, not over it — tropical modern architecture, a conservation-grade footprint, and views that answer to nothing but the water.

This is the one-bedroom studio at Ocean Suites, the first of Bessa's two residential properties. Compact, calm, and facing the Caribbean, it's built for a couple's quiet week — with a fully equipped kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, and a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room for flexibility when you want it. Come and go as you please, and stay longer than you planned.
