"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

When I asked to have the payment we had made months ago they quickly said everything was resolved and they could accommodate us. "Please do NOT stay at this property. There is a reason they demand payment upfront and has a no refund policy! This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no service or any assistance to guests for any issues, including being locked out of your room! My wife and daughter upon returning close to midnight on the 2nd night was locked out of the room due to IT system issues was unable to find any help via messaging the hotel via Expedia app. Both me and Expedia help line tried to call the hotel via...
