Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Room is comfortable with a lot of space. Bed is in very good shape. Breakfast from 9 AM onwards a little bit late but very good und comprehensive."

"Our family used it for a stop over for one night, but with how much there is at the hotel I kinda wish I stayed for two. There is construction going on with the tree houses being built which looking at the direction they face, they will have a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was nice and clean and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel. "
