A luxurious and modern holiday home, nestled among the Brabant countryside of the Oosterhout forests, where you can enjoy wellness, golf, and nature. The house was built sustainably and has been available for rent since spring 2023. Luxury, style, and modernity define the home. The use of high-quality materials, tasteful decor, and a private hot tub make this house a wonderful place to unwind. The property is located on the Bergvliet estate, next to the holiday park, which also features an 18-hole golf course and Spa One, the most sustainable wellness centre. From the house, you can go on beautiful walks or bike rides, enjoy some fine dining in Breda, spend a day at Efteling, or visit De Biesbosch National Park. There’s plenty of variety for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday.

The detached house is modernly furnished according to the latest trends, featuring warm colours and materials.
It is located next to the Bergvliet holiday park but is not part of it.
You enter the house using a key locker. The house is on one level and equipped with a heating and cooling system; the bathrooms also feature underfloor heating.

Living room with a comfortable lounge sofa and TV. Thanks to glass walls at both the front and back, the living room is wonderfully bright.
Open kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, combination oven/microwave, Nespresso machine (Magimix—please bring your own capsules), and electric kettle.

The Spa One wellness resort (a 2-minute walk from the house) is also located on the Bergvliet Estate and is the most sustainable and eco-friendly wellness complex in the southern Netherlands, featuring saunas, whirlpools, and swimming pools.
A 5-minute walk away, you’ll find two excellent restaurants: Eten en drinken bij Groen and Houtse Meer.
For bread, pastries, coffee, lunch, and catered meals, visit de Jong-DELI, about a 5-minute drive away. Orders can also be placed through the Bergvliet Estate reception desk.
From the house, you can walk right into nature; the wooded surroundings of the Vrachelse Heide are ideal for mountain bikers, road cyclists, and hikers. You can also enjoy a lovely stroll through the rugged shifting sand dunes of the Loonse and Drunense Duinen.
