"Echoing many of the reviews already shared, the closeup view of Lake Michigan is impressive whether you're inside the home or lounging outside on the great wraparound deck. Depending on the weather, you can get beautiful bright blue calm water to raging waves crashing on the shoreline frontage. Fortunately, our 3-day stay was very nice with great sunny weather and mostly calm water that made our overall visit so much more enjoyable. The inside/outside home amenities & accommodations were good...

"I needed time away for myself. I was feeling burned out at work and there was just a lot of stress in my life. I know I wanted space to think, read, write and be at one with nature. The Pond Cottage was just what I needed. It was cozy, quaint, clean, well maintained and just watching and listening to the waves was so relaxing and reparative. The pictures don't do it justice. The screened in porch was the perfect space. Walks along the beach and on the country roads were so nice to get close to...

"The owners were gracious and great hosts. They checked in daily on how the stay was going and also asked if we needed recommendations or suggestions on things to do in the area. They also were good to about having a nice and clean environment at the house as everything was so perfect. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting the area!"
