"The room was clean. There was clearly water damage previously in the bathroom area but no signs of mold. Breakfast was a hot buffet but many days the meat was not cooked - definitely need better preparation. Parking was plenty and the staff were excellent."

"We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable beds, and the location was fantastic. It’s especially ideal for families, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities within walking distance. Only thing I would recommend breakfast options could be better and TV in the room didn’t not have smart TV features with Netflix apps. A special thank you to Cassandra and Ben, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so welcoming and incredibly kind to our children. They even surprised them with stickers and Freezies, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made them feel special."

"Our cottage was reasonably clean. It is rustic but we enjoyed our stay. The 3 queen beds were comfortable and nice pillows provided. Staff answered very quickly when I texted them. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils. Pool was very nice and location of cottage so close to the river was nice for fishing and kayaking and was beautiful! We enjoyed bonfires and barbecues. It is close enough to Campbellford to go on an outing and hike across the suspension foot bridge and get donuts from Doohers bakery. Cottage could use a bit of repair of the air conditioner and the door. Hopefully they will do that and make it 5 star."
