The Space:
This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful finished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME RUN APT 1" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen TV’s as well. Bedroom 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 Queen Bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME RUN APT 2” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry is in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The driveway is shared with Home Run Apt 2 with plenty of space for multiple vehicles, and please do not park on the grass.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the dining room table and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance.

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives Home Run an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Home Run is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.
