Total Renovation, brand new construction throughout. These studios are the perfect mix of functional small space, contemporary decor and distance to all that Oneonta has to offer. Under 1 mile to All-Star Village, walkable to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to both colleges.

Each unit has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Each studio has a Queen sized bed and a SmartTV in the living area. Studio 7 has an additional Queen-sized pull-out sofa. There is a full bathroom with a shower.Wall-mounted mini-splits provide both cool/heat for each studio; your space has its own temperature control.

A shared laundry room is available for guest use in the lower level.

There is a parking lot with off-street parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
