"The 4 of us all loved this place! The location was great, and the apartment itself was perfect. We would stay here again. We enjoyed the town of Oliena. From here, we were able to appreciate the mountains, and the east coast (Gologone) was only 35 minutes away. The host was wonderful and recommended the restaurant, Sa Horte De Su Poeta, and it was one of the best experiences of our month-long visit to Sardinia."

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Le Case Di Maiorca in Luglio e abbiamo scelto l'appartamento verde perche al piano terra e con la veranda da cui si vedeva il mare. Scelta più che ottima visto che l'appartamento era fresco, dotato di tutto l'occorrente per le vacanze e la veranda ci ha regalato barbecue e serate indimenticabili. In piu essere in spiaggia in pochi minuti di auto e allo stesso tempo rilassarsi in un angolo di pace quando si torna a casa la sera non ha prezzo!"

Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. "We have enjoyed our stay, location was great and there all the shops/restaurants you need in the vicinity. The apartment was okay, we enjoyed the air conditioning and the cleanliness. Beds were quite hard and there is no internet anywhere in the building except at reception. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was very good there. Overall it is okay but I think we overpaid for our stay especially after seeing the prices much much cheaper before we arrived which is disappointing."

"Good: Overall great stay. Staff was great. Food and drinks are adequate for the all inclusive price. Location is both near a beach and a bus stop. Bad: We had some water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor and in the toilet of our room, likely due to condensation from the AC, which was negative but didn't hinder us too much. The hotel also experienced several power outages every day of our stay, but power was out for just a couple of seconds each time (didn't affect us except for the power strip that had to be manually turned on again since it defaults to off every time). The beach nearby the hotel was not great, but during summer there's a bus service that can take you to other beaches nearby. The pool closes too early, at 6pm, so we had limited entertainment options during the early evening. Conclusion: I would stay here again."

"A wonderful one night stay! Right on the ocean, and a lovely little beach. Loved the large and comfortable room, the view from the dining patio, and the strong air conditioning. The sheets and linens were soft and cozy. The staff allowed me to store my bags, offered me ice water, and time to clean up in the ladies room after returning from an excursion and before heading to my next destination. A lovely hotel, and in the heart of it all yet still retains a private vibe."
