"Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by. "
"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
"It’s a beautiful seaside town the hotel is clean and well kept family owned!! They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage etc breakfast was nice and the location is excellent may restaurants in walking distance and good parking !! "
"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"
"Modern, well landscaped hotel in a nice quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. La caletta itself is a short walk along beach / boardwalk and he beach and pine forest dunes is amazing."
"Rooms are good, staff is helpful and forthcoming. Airport pick drop was good and reasonable. There is nothing except your room, no reception, no waiting area, no lobby or any gaming area like pool etc. Very discreet and under developed area. Limited options to eat or go anywhere. "

Da rivedere i lettini e gli ombrelloni (non vengono assegnati) , l'animazione poco coinvolgente, la forte presenza di zanzare che seppur non infastidiscono il soggiorno (siamo comunque immerso nel.verde) , sono tante e andrebbe ricercata una soluzione definitiva. "From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"
