Recently renovated so you can enjoy the summer in style. The North end of the Omokoroa peninsula is always a sort after area due to the larger sections allowing for a quieter neighbourhood. Walking distance to the harbours edge, schools, cafes, and shops makes this the place to be. Omokoroa is only approximately a 15 minute drive to Bethlehem shopping centre, 40 minutes to Mount Maunganui and Waihi Beach, and 15 minutes to Katikati too.
Omokoroa has fantastic walkways and cycling tracks around the peninsula and all the way into Tauranga. New cafes and restaurants just opened in the new shopping centre gives you plenty of options to choose from to eat at.
Omokoroa Golf course on the harbours edge is a real gem of the Bay of Plenty.

Great location & Views
While we thoroughly enjoyed the location and the views, it was just a few small things that let this property down. Arriving to long, un-mowed lawns is never a good start. Only one roll of toilet paper in the entire house, empty shampoo in the shower, broken handles on the kitchen cupboards... for the price point we didn't expect that these would be issues. Apart from that we had a very nice stay!
