The in room, coffee maker would not work. The swimming pool was closed the entire time I was there. The shower was filthy, and I had to have the manager direct the cleaning of it. The breakfast was not good, powdered eggs, canned fruit, no waffles.

The property was in a great location for me. The receptionist was very rude when we checked in. She had air pods in and was not helpful when asking questions about the TV being out of the shower not working. She was very rude and short.

The managers and staff were outstanding, going out of their way to accommodate. The breakfast selection was good. However, IMO the price of the room does not reflect the property. The booking was last minute and this property was one of the few places available within our price range and type of room required. Pool was sub par. Though clean, I would consider this property an $80/$90 per night type place at most, not $120 .

Decor in rooms was very comforting. Our room had a separate room off to side and had a very large couch and two separate televisions at a bargain price. Bathrooms are big, shower is huge with really good quality shampoo and conditioner, body wash! The only downside was bathroom fan was not working or we didn’t know where the switch was?¿ Beds were super comfortable- firm but perfect for back. Room already came with 2 extra pillows on top of four on bed. Bathroom was stocked with tons of towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We didn’t need to ask for anything. Breakfast was delicious with a vast selection of food. Eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, chocolate chip muffins/double chocolate muffins, pancakes, juices and milk. Staff was friendly and property was clean.

We have a large family and have to get two rooms. They were across the hallway from one another. We checked the phones and they didn’t work. We asked the front desk clerk if we could get a new one and she said the maintenance guys were gone. This is a safety issue. The pool room was very warm.

Check in was so easy and the staff were very friendly! The room was spotless and they had treats for my 2 dogs! I like the option that dog friendly rooms are near stairwells so we can go walk easily. Would stay again!
