When we got there we had to wait after we were told we could check in early. That wasn’t bad but inconvenient. When we got to our room it was not the room we expected at all. We were told we had a seperate living room from the bedroom but we just had one big room. The bathroom had black mold above the sink, the tub looked as though it had been painted and the paint around the drain was coming off pretty bad. We were told that we would have a large bathroom which also was not the case. The bed was like sleeping on a cot because it was so hard. The lining around the bed was coming off. The furniture was very dated. The table had exposed wood because it was so old. The mini fridge smelt bad…. It was really disappointing because the rest of the hotel was very nice. I have stayed at a few double trees and this one by far was the worst one. I guess I will go back to the embassy suites from now on. I would not recommend this hotel.

The city fire Marshall closed the property due to an elevator being out of commission. You never could reach them because they wouldn't answer the phone.

When we first arrived we got a room when we entered the ceiling was caved in. Went downstairs to the lobby got a 2nd room and the carpet was sopping wet and smelled liked mildew 3rd room air and fan stopped working in the middle of the night. Went to talk to a manager in the morning and explained all the above and got a welp I’m sorry we will have someone look into it. It’s a 100 degrees out we been outside all day exhausted took over an hour to get a room and the air went out. Some sort of compensation like a Buffett meal ticket a next night free something !

I was very disappointed with our room. There was a huge cabinet with nothing in it, which took a up a bunch of room. The bathroom sink was clogged and took a long time to drain and a false front in the bathroom was coming apart. When we were ready to check in one agent was busy talking to another employee and the other no name lady took her time in helping us. I asked for a trundle bed and she said that we might not be able to get one because we booked through a discounted place. She was very rude and did not inform us of where we could eat. We had to ask 3 times for the 'cookies' they offer. The women's bathroom sink in the pool could not be turned off. I would not stay here again!

We called days ahead and booked a double room for four people and obviously paid at the time of booking. We arrived after midnight with guest checking in ahead of us with small children. We had children with us as well. While we were all trying to check in two very inebriated guest came in one carrying the other with her breasts exposed. All of our children were horrified. When we checked in, we were told that there were no more queen beds, but that we would be, upgraded to a king room that would accommodate us. We were placed in a king size bed for all four people to sleep in! The sheets were unwashed and dirty. I expect the Doubletree to be of high standards, which is why we stayed there. I am mortified that you have let your standards drop to such unacceptable levels. We are totally dissatisfied and do not ever plan on staying in a Doubletree, Or using Expedia hotels again until this is made right!
