"Had a lovely stay with my husband. Staff were superb. Concierge picked up from our lodge and drove us to the restaurant since it was raining. Had a lovely meal in the Lakeside Grill. Breakfast was fantastic. Stayed in a lake view lodge suite. Very spacious. Some areas looked a little tired and could do with a refresh in the lodge. "

"The staff were fantastic. Couldn’t fault them and they were always very helpful. Since Galgorm have taken over and made it ‘family friendly’ it has turned tacky. They need to either revamp and modernise the hotel for family’s and kids or else reinstate it to its former glory. A helter skelter in the car park, a bouncy castle in one of the large rooms make it feel like a very expensive kids adventure play area. £500 for 2 nights and not stated anywhere that the main bar is closed and only a ‘pop up’ bar with 2 beers on draft and a few spirits. It’s sad to see such an amazing place go downhill so much "

"The breakfast while there was a lovely selection the staff were very slow to replenish items that had run out , but helpfull wen pointed out , we were room 254 which was a corner room and quite cramped other wise everything was grand Christine at reception is a valuable asset to the hotel and companion I wud stay again only not in this room , the plus side was we were able to get into the room earlier thank you x"

"Our room was alot bigger than we expected. Very spacious and clean. Spa was clean, people were curtious to give others time to enjoy the facilities and rotated. Enjoyed our time here. Dinner was the highlight, fantastic start to finish, takes a while to come out but totally worth the wait. Top quality ingredients, well cooked. Breakfast was included for us but took an hour to recieve and wasnt really worth it imo. Vegetarian breakfast was mid. Would definitely return again."

"The breakfast was unreal rooms really good and the best thing that there was a fridge in the room very handy, good parking place, staff excellent would stay again the only thing that I didn't like if your staying on second floor that's family rooms I would stay on 3rd floor it was to noisy at night children running around about late at night "
