"Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival."

"The hotel is under refurbishment (however it has halted and 3 years in no work was being undertaken during our stay). The room was a family room (as I was travelling with my daughter and grand daughter) and can only be described as grubby...the walls and the furniture both dirty. The bathroom skirting dirty with dust. In the recent heat we were provided with a totally inadequate fan, replaced after a conversation with the manager. In fairness he understood our disappointment with the "surprise" of the refurbishment. However the tired and worn state of everything is unacceptable if you are still "open for business" during this lengthy refurbishment. The lift mirrors were scratched, the furniture in the temporary bar area dirty and worn. We chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on it. We did have an evening meal (complimentary) and we all enjoyed it very much. We did not require parking so cannot comment on that. My overall impression was of disappointment. Having stayed in The City previously it was my immediate choice. However had I been informed when booking that a refurbishment was underway I would have chosen to book elsewhere in this occasion."
