"Property was conveniently located for visiting Olympic National Park and a good price. The size was good for our group of 8 and it has a great view of the water and plenty of deer roaming the street.. When we checked in there was food left in the refrigerator and freezer that we had to dispose of and the coffee pot needed cleaning out so we were initially a little disappointed. The downstairs 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed through a separate entry in the garage and there is no yard, so I would not recommend this house for groups with kids but it was okay for 8 adults. The neighborhood has some really nice homes but also quite a few neglected houses. Just a heads up. As one rental property owner to another, I would suggest less is more with a refresh of the bedroom bed linens and curtains so the rooms more current and clean, no throw pillows needed."

All of the details in the lodge make it feel like a home away from home, from the stocked spice rack to the charging cords on the night stands. All of the little touches add up to a perfect vacation spot. And the deer you see everyday make the place that much more magical."

"The setting was stunning! It felt like such a safe and soothing home away from home. What I was looking for was close access to the Olympic Discovery Trail and a safe place to keep my bike. The trail is literally just down the hill so I had two days of very nice rides. The property has beautiful sunsets, fruit trees and places to relax and explore. Paul and Lin were so warm and welcoming and willing to share their vast knowledge of the area. Will definitely be back staying here whenever I am in the area."

"The home was in a great location. Close to all things Olympic National Park has to offer in that area. We were close to restaurants and shopping.The home has two bedrooms. Only one has a closet, there are no dressers, so we lived out of our suitcases, which was not a huge problem, but not fabulous either. The kitchen is well equipped and the knives are sharp! (A pleasant surprise) There was a beautiful fire pit, which we couldn’t use because of a statewide fire ban, and a jacuzzi. Overall, the biggest downfall was living out of suitcases."

"We had a wonderful family vacation here while visiting Olympic National Park. This vocation home has an amazing view from the living room and the deck. We got to enjoy it a lot. We appreciate how clean and all the towels, paper towels provided so our stay was easy. We did noticed one of the tub the drainage is slow and have provided the feedback to the host. It seems well received and hope it gets fixed for the next guest."
