The problem is our sliding door didn’t lock (from both sides) so we asked to be moved to another room since obviously we didn’t feel safe sleeping completely exposed to anyone who could walk right into our room being on the first floor. Worried for both our safety and the security of our belongings.. They told us they did not have another room as they were completely booked, and that theyd contact their “technical department”.
