"I recommend this beachside property for families with young children. It’s situated on its own small beach on the lagoon side of Ölüdeniz, great for swimming. The water is very clean and warm. The property staff is very friendly and helpful. Think of it more like a beach club with accommodations. Food is served until 6pm. "

We arrived late and were put to the very old room with spots on the ceiling and mainly broken furniture. We stayed there only 1 night though - the room we moved into was really cosy and clean. Also, manager asked us to pay money in the end although I have already paid. It was all sorted after I showed him the bank transaction...
"Amazing ,we stayed for our wedding night ,Id been in touch with Mustafa before the wedding to arrange check in and getting the key for our room he was brilliant our bed was decorated with flowers and petals and balloons in our room the room was lovely amazing views ,breakfast was lovely ,we couldn't eat everything there was that much .We will definitely return for our anniversary, Mustafa is a very good host ,makes sure you have everything and everything is perfect. "this property is excellent for the beach and shopping, nightlife, restaurants etc., the staff are good especially at breakfast time. Downside is the property could do with a little updating, it is exactly the same as when I stayed here 5 years ago, but overall it is a good place to stay, I would stay here again, be warned the music carries on into the wee hours, but this is to be expected when your right in the thick of it."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and if they had served dinner too, I would have happily eaten there every night.
While the hotel doesn’t have its own pool, don’t let that put you off. They’ve thought of everything! The owner kindly arranged for me to access a nearby pool free of charge - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Of course, that would be dependent on the availability at the pool, but I never had any issues with that, and it was a great solution.
Some might worry about noise because of how close the hotel is to the centre, but for me, the location was perfect. I loved being just a 2-minute walk from everything! And if you simply shut the bathroom window and balcony door and turn on the aircon, it’s peaceful and comfortable.
My favourite part? The mornings. Everyone else was still asleep, and I would enjoy my coffee in complete serenity, listening to birdsong and taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains. Truly mirific.
This place has heart, soul, and hospitality that’s hard to find. A hidden gem!

"We had an amazing experience at the Flamingo Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch – the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere and attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent.
The only small downside was the difficulty in finding parking – it wasn’t easy to find a convenient spot, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful. However, once we settled in, everything else more than made up for it.
Overall, we highly recommend Flamingo Hotel & Spa and would definitely love to return. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time finding a parking space!
