House of 100 m2, quietly located in the countryside between Sanary sur mer and Ollioules overlooking the island Embiez and the lighthouse Rouveau.
Four kilometers from Sanary and its beaches, at the foot of the Gros Cerveau massif, which offers a nice area for hiking and mountain biking.
The place is ideal for disconnecting while staying close to the shops and leisure of a charming little seaside village.
In a radius of 10 to 20 km you can refresh yourself by visiting the cellars of the Bandol wine estate, or, for the youngest ones enjoy the benefits of a water park in St Cyr or a western atmosphere at the park "OK corral "to Cuges the pines.
Motorsport enthusiasts are sure to make a jump (23 km) to the famous Paul Ricard circuit that will host the Grand Prix de France Formula 1 in June 2019.
Other cultural or sports activities are the joy of holidaymakers coming to our region, do not hesitate to join them.

Malgré un accès à la maison périlleux en voiture (très pentu et étroit), une fois arrivés sur place la vue sur mer est belle. L'adresse de la maison est difficile à trouver, nous avons été obligés d'appeler le propriétaire afin qu'il vienne nous chercher et nous y conduire. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et de plain pied. La climatisation de cette dernière est très appréciable. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit der fantastischen Aussicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, der "Check-In" ganz unkompliziert und schnell und das Haus sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. (Alle, wie in der Beschreibung.) So konnten wir sofort die Zeit an der Côte d´Azur genießen. Zugegeben, die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich (wie schon zuvor des Öfteren beschrieben) etwas abenteuerlich, aber der Blick auf das Mittelmeer hat dies absolut entschädigt. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein und wenn's einem zu heiß ist, dann gibt es drinnen überall Klimaanlagen. Unsere Kinder (10,14 und 17 Jahre) und wir hatten eine super Zeit - keiner hat das Internet vermisst. Das Ferienhaus ist für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, die nicht zu Fuß zum nächsten Restaurant laufen möchten und die eine Auszeit von Laptop und Handy nehmen können. Danke!! für die wundervolle Zeit.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa qui est parfaitement fonctionnelle, avec une superbe vue et une très belle exposition. Elle est située dans un endroit difficilement accessible ce qui l'a rend également très paisible ! M. et Mme Bart sont très aimables et discrets, tout en étant à l'écoute et réactifs ! Bref un très bon séjour que nous aurons probablement le plaisir de renouveler !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région. La villa est bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Sanary sur Mer. Propriétaire à l'écoute et discret. A notre arrivée une petite attention nous attendait dans le frigo,, très appréciable après un long voyage. Le chemin d'accès jusqu'à la villa est surprenant, mais une fois sur place la vue est superbe.

Au bout d'un chemin d'accès complètement improbable se cache une maison très fonctionnelle, neuve, très propre, sans vis-à-vis aucun bruit et une vue mer magique de la terrasse et des chambres !!! Belles balades mer ou montagne, région magnifique on ne s'en lasse pas... je recommande cette maison à l'écart du tumulte du front de mer en été.

Location très sympa climatisée, très propre à notre arrivée. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Juste signaler que le chemin est un peu compliqué pour arriver et que le terrain n est pas clos si on a un chien qui a tendance à se sauver.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à cinq adultes et deux jeunes enfants. La maison est très agréable à vivre. L’accès est un peu difficile mais on est content de découvrir le paysage à l’arrivée. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et disponible pour résoudre les quelques pb rencontrés. Merci
