Clean room, friendly staff, convenient for shopping but so dangerous to cross the street to get to the shopping mall, I have to take a taxi. The food in the buffet is good but they’re almost the same everyday.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel has a smell of moist when you go to your floor while the lobby is well presented and freshen with lovely smell. I have stayed before and its my 3rd time now would still recommend price wise.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

"After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room. We enjoyed the delicious room service ..."
