- Villa located just 30 meters from the beach of fine golden sand, within the magnificent Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Resort complex, equipped with all the necessary infrastructures to enjoy rest: restaurants, leisure areas, SPA, fitness, sports areas between which highlights the golf course itself (olivanova tennis, paddle tennis and others), private security throughout the complex, two kilometers from the Les Marines (Denia) road. The Villa has 3 rooms (up to 6 people) located on two floors, a kitchen, a dining room, a large terrace, a magnificent and well-kept garden and parking. Two swimming pools, for adults and children, shared with 5 or 6 other villas.
Ideal to spend an unforgettable weekend of relaxation or an entire vacation practicing your favorite sport in an enviable climate and in a heavenly place.
To help you enjoy, the villa is equipped with a small bookstore, for young and old, the Wii with, among others, the Mario Kart, and some board games.
