"The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. We had a small issue in our room (stained towels and bed pillow cases) but that was addressed quickly and efficiently; other than that our stay was as close to perfect as one could expect. We loved our bartender (sorry, we don't remember her name), she was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly in addition to her skills as a bartender. We found the property to be beautifully appointed with a warm ambience, the lobby and hallways were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here whenever we are on Hilton Head Island. "

"My wife and I stayed at the River Street Inn from December 12–14 for a quick getaway, and we had a truly lovely time. The location is unbeatable—right on River Street and close to everything Savannah has to offer. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the historic charm of the inn really added to the experience. The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan had a noticeable buildup of dust on the blades, so we chose not to use it since it was directly over the bed. Aside from that small detail, our stay was wonderful, and we would absolutely consider staying here again for a future visit."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Recommend a great spot to watch the christmas parade. Kids loved the waffels, i appreciated the healthier option of the egg white fritatta. Family loved the room, clean, "cool vanity mirror." Husband liked the tv size. Close to the restaurant and church we went to. Definitely would stay again. "

"The couple of young ladies at reception were fantastic, friendly and inviting. The room wa great, spacious and quiet. We do not eat breakfast ( intermittent fasting) But that didn’t stop us from having a stop at the bar for a nightcap. "

"Best hotel with the best staff. We werr enthusiastically greeted and offered Prosecco while checking in. We arrived early and our rooms were ready. The rooms were a great size and very clean. We had a river view room in the Atlantic Building and even though there was a concert the night we checked in, we did not hear any noise. I have traveled all over the world but this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was like staying in a museum. The artifacts on display are absolutely amazing and the many Christmas trees were stunning. The overall decor was breathtaking. The dining establishments were also top-tier. However, the concierge team is why I am returning...Ms. Tania and Ms. Dee went above and beyond in ensuring that all our needs were met. They were so engaging and attentive not just to our family but I observed their interactions with others during our stay and realized I have not received such a high level of service in any of my many hotel stays. I am already planning my return visit. "
