"This place was a 12/10. A cute little inn right in downtown Mystic that was walkable to anything you could possibly need. The staff was great at both the inn and the attached restaurant, The Shipwright's Daughter. The building we stayed in did have musty smelling carpet in the hallways, uneven floors, and we had to climb the stairs to our room, none of which bothered us but could be a potential deal-breaker for some. We would definitely consider staying here again if we make it back up to Mystic. Whilst this review is for the inn itself, I can't say enough good things about Mystic. My husband and I loved everything about it. "
"This was a very pleasant surprise and a gem. The proprietors are artists and each room is unique, filled with special objects or art and furniture. The wonderful aroma of the gorgeous wood floors and fireplace transport you to a place calmness and serenity. "
"Excellent and friendly staff. Very quiet and walking distance of the aquarium and mystic diner. I e joyed the stay vwry much and for the price it was a no brainer. Will be back in the future. Thank you."
"We enjoyed this property so much! The house is adorable and decorated so nicely with a clean coastal vibe. kids loved the outdoor shower and deck and parents loved the shed space for relaxing! "
"Went for our anniversary and loved it. Excellent service, beautiful restaurant with excellent food and views. Loved the shuttle service to downtown (although was an easy walk had the weather been nicer!) Will definitely return! "
