"The building is very beautiful; the owners have maintained the architectural integrity of the building. The staff is very warm and welcoming. My only complaint is the bed; the mattress felt worn-out and thin. I think management should try all the beds to make sure they are comfortable and not worn-out."

"I would have to categorize this Hotel as one of the best in the area. All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua. The hotel is located in a very central location where you can walk one to two blocks down for food bars, and anything else you might need. Also they close the front gate at night so it’s super secured. Most importantly, this hotel is owned and operated by Nicaraguans if you support traveling ethically to ensure your money is circulated among the local economy and people. "

"Only a few blocks from some of the main attractions of the city. Very nice facilities. Beautifully done remodel of an old historical building. We really enjoyed our stay. Off street secured parking. On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask."
