"Room not as descripted"
We stay at hotel in two different moments in the same month. In the first stay we get the room 622 and that was perfect. In the second stay we get the room 615, but even though both were classified as luxury , the first one (622) was bigger and had bath tube, when I call to complain about the difference between the two rooms the staff insist telling me that both rooms were the same, finally after calling them three times, the manager recognized the difference and apologized about this inconvenient. It is supposed that all the rooms has to be the same in a specific category: luxury. This is not happening in this hotel. The second inconvenience that we had, was that the bathroom smell horrible, so we have to call several times to maintenance asking for a solution. Finally it was solve. So, first stay was wonderful, second stay was totally different. In compensation they gave as late check out for free and four welcome cocktail at the bar. We recognized that the manager tried to do her best.

"Superb facility. Staff a bit stiff "
Great hotel with. Magnificent rooms. The staff at reception is not friendly but it is professional. The concierge is truly superb and helpful. Lived the hotel and we plan to return. Do not agree to use their hotel cars as they are a ripoff. Ask for a public taxi which does the job for less than 50 percent off. Usually the public taxis are nice clean Mercedrs vehicles. I felt abused by threatening to hotel change il once I realized the execute abiding amount.

"Nice clean hotel close to main attractions "
Nice and clean. Old model, small TV set with unclear vision, limited number of channels, not very entertaining! Mediocre breakfast. Good location, close to main attractions. Wouldn't exaggerate it too much though.

"Apartment in the old square"
The Apartment was clean and large with plenty of storage space. There is a large kitchen and seating area. Given the size of the bedroom, it would have been nicer to have a king size bed. Also, there is no air conditioning. Despite only being 16 degrees outside it was still very warm in the apartment so I think it would have been quite uncomfortable in the 40 degree heat which Poland has experienced. Overall, a clean and comfortable room in a fantastic location.

"Great little one room apartment. "
In the middle of Warsaw Old Town, if you like that sort of atmosphere and charm - its for you. A night-time stroll led us to a great restaurant Delicja Polska, and a classy street performance of a jazz band. Unforgettable night.

    Old Town Accommodation Guide

The most historic district in Warsaw was painstakingly rebuilt during the aftermath of World War II with accuracy that earned it designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spectacular architecture from the 13th to the 20th centuries lines the cobbled streets, including Castle Square and its iconic centerpiece Sigismund's Column, St. John's Archcathedral, and the Baroque style Old Town Marketplace.
