"The room was okay but the room was never clean or my bedsheets changed in my 5night stay"

"Outside hotel needs a refresh. Beautiful gardens etc. Public areas are great. The buffet is ok but some food appears to be lightly cooked ie sausages. Chairs in di ing room hit and miss as wobbly, staff often unable to understand stuff. Room was musty, bathroom dated, no spare plugs, no usb, basically room needed to be updated. Balcony very bland, great view but no plants. Bar areas excellent and coffee good. Pool area good as well. Position of hotel fine, they did provide a shuttle to main town but that ended 8pm. "

"Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Had a lot of useful items in the room like a microwave, iron etc. The sea view was beautiful and beds were clean and comfy. Wish it had some tissues and a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also good and had a variety of food. Location was great too and had a lot of restaurant options nearby and I was able to travel to all different areas of Malta for cheap and with ease. Even though the outside area was busy with other tourists and cars, you couldn’t hear anything in the room and it was quiet in the building."

"Lovely clean and modern room! The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming! Property location is ideal with boat and ferry rides a short walk away, and plenty of local restaurants nearby."

"What a great place to stay! Rooms were great, nice and clean. The air conditioning was strong and a very nice addition. Staff were so friendly, my friend and I did an excursion that we had to leave for early one morning and the kitchen staff offered to make us up breakfast to go. Very kind! Oh, and the food at the restaurant is delicious! Bueno pancakes are a must try."

"Overall I found the hotel to be reasonable for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the breakfast area to be a bit small for the numbers of people using it, particularly at the peak time around 9am. At that time it was hard to find a table and navigating the buffet amongst the crowds was not a pleasant experience. There were a couple of building-related issues during my stay. At one point one of the two available lifts went out of use meaning a 7-floor climb up the stairs. On another occasion a plastic piece of the aircon system in my room fell off. It was promptly repaired. Would I stay there again … maybe, I wouldn’t rule it out."

"Hotel was nice, very accurate with the photos provided for the room. I had a good time during my stay, a bit of trouble checking in, didn’t received the code to the door at noon and when I got to the hotel they told me check in was a 5pm when in Expedia it says at 3pm, I had asked beforehand to do an early check in and they helped me out with that, the room was clean and again, I had a good time during my stay."
