"Parking was easy and secure. Staff were friendly enough and no issues with check in or out. My only grievance was the smell of the room when we got there. I’m not one to usually complain of smells, but the smell was maybe the cleaner used. Smelled musty and of ammonia. It was so bad I got a headache the moment I walked in the room at 9pm, so not right after normal cleaning times. We had a window we could open and we propped the hall door open to air the room some. Walked down the hall to see if it was just our room, but it smelled like that throughout the halls. I have only had this issue with the smell of the room at a lower budget hotel. I thought with the price we paid, we wouldn’t run into that issue! I would suggest another hotel if you have known sensitivities to smells. Otherwise, no complaints. "

"Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. "

Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "
