New Four BR Luxury Vacation Home on Hilton Head

  • Wonderful brand new luxury vacation home in the Spanish Wells area on Hilton Head Island. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare all the gourmet meals or lunches for the family. Living room has brand new furniture with large screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Dining area is just off the kitchen with extra bar stools for eating. There is a half bath downstairs just off the living room. The one car garage, parking in the driveway and you can park one car on the street allow for you to bring three cars to the home. 28 Pink Sand Lane is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

    Master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and full en suite bath with walk in shower. The two Guest bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bath also. Big bedroom upstairs for all the kids with three double beds and full bathroom with TV to watch all their favorite shows. Two of the beds on the third floor are adjustable to raise or lower to help your back when you sleep. Nice porch off the living to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. Easy drive to the Forest Beach area where you have plenty of parking and easy beach access. Great shopping and dining at Coligny in the Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.

    Just minutes from the home is shopping, dining, golfing, biking and world famous white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts and 17 miles of beaches. This property was overall very well kept and comfortable. Close to all the stores, restaurants and beaches which was great. The two chairs in the living room probably need to be replaced but weren't too much of an issue for our trip.

The location was near shopping and restaurants. It was also in an area that was peaceful and quiet. The facility had more than enough room for a large family. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. My stay was an enjoyable and meaningful one.

Newly built home in a convenient, quiet location. Well equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Nice 3rd floor “dorm” is great for kids. Property manager was very attentive to our needs and solved some problems. We would return if we visit Hilton Head again.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We had a wonderful stay here for our first vacation to Hilton head. It was in a quiet area of the island with some easy access to a bike path. It was a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The home was exactly as advertised and everyone loved it. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only recommendation would be that they get the home and exterior sprayed for bugs as we had a lot of unwanted visitors despite never leaving food out.

Picturesque

The townhouse was as described. Clean and well maintained but also cozy and welcoming. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and easily accommodated six adults. The home is situated on a very narrow street that allows for parking at the curb, however there did not seem to be rhyme or reason as to which side to park on. Neighbors and visitors parked in front of this home and made it difficult to maneuver through with a large vehicle. It’s also a dead end street which made turning around difficult. Aside from that, this was a wonderful experience and the island had lots to offer even in the off season. The townhome was within just a few minutes of everything you needed or wanted to do. Be warned though that everything including restaurants closed very early. Shops by 6:00 pm and most restaurants by 10:00pm. Everyone in my party would travel here again and stay in this area.

Over all stay

Property is great, very clean and new. We had a good stay, very comfortable and relaxing. Few constructive suggestions, need light at the house number for visibility specially at night. We couldn't see house numbers that we had to get out of the car several times to find the right house. We didn't have the remote to the garage so we had to get out of the car in the driveway and it was raining. TV could be more user friendly. We were not able to watch live tv cause we had a hard time getting it. We were able to watch news and other programs but they were old shows or not current even if it says live. The rooms could use mirrors. On the whole the place is beautiful and comfortable and nice location.
