"It's a beautiful house, on beautiful grounds. The host sent clear instructions on how to get in, and we felt very welcome. The main bedroom's attached bathroom had a musty smell, but I think it was just from a wooden bench in the shower. It wasn't an issue because there were only two of us and we just used the other bathroom. "

"Jim and Julia could not have been nicer. The home is spectacular, as stated. It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful, relaxing, luxurious week with our adult kids and their partners, but it would be great for younger kids too. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs we wanted. The deck is spectacular, hot tub, steps to beach. tons of games, instruments, kayaks, bikes, and the instructions gave us tons to do. We did a day trip further into the Cape and Provincetown, and a day on the rail trial bike path from Falmouth to Woods Hole, and it would have been an easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard, but mostly we had hardly any reason to want to leave the house. It did not feel like a rental property, but a like friend's lovely home. Beautifully appointed. Would happily return."

My family and I were in town for a cousin’s wedding and unfortunately weren’t able to explore the area as much as we would’ve liked, but the hosts offered tons of options and were super responsive. "This house was amazing, probably the best rental we've stayed in. It was incredibly clean and had very nice, comfy furniture that made it feel super homey. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The host was very attentive, provided thorough answers to all questions and was quick to respond. The house was easy to access and convenient to all of our activities. One thing to note: While the house says entire home rental, there is a family that lives in a separate unit connected to the house. They were friendly and kept to themselves other than saying hello so it's not an issue but was surprising at first. "
